Tom the Tortoise

Day-2: we had breakfast at 8am then we went to a national natural history museum, we saw a very big tortoise that was over 200 years old that is named tom. We also saw some baby ones and some turtles. we then went through the museum were a lady taught us all about the evolution of humans and where their remains were found around Africa. We then saw taxidermy of buffalo and other animals. we went through a botanical garden where she showed us all about different plants, and we could see some coffee plants. we then went to a restaurant for lunch and the food was really good, and we went to a little shop where we could by some snacks. after that we went to a national park where a man came and talked to us about eco tourism and how they support the community on our way home our guide started teaching us some words like “a santé sana” which means thank you, and “mambo” which means hello. after that we went back to our accommodation and at half 6 we had dinner that again was really good just after we finished dinner the cooks started singing songs and it all ended up in a karaoke and we all ended up signing it was a very fun night.
