Looking to get qualified while working in a fast-paced, customer-facing role? This Level 2 apprenticeship is a great first step into the world of hospitality, with hands-on experience in a wide range of settings—from cafés and restaurants to hotels, bars and pubs.

As a Food and Beverage Team Member, you’ll play a key role in making sure guests have a great experience. From preparing and serving food and drink, to handling transactions and promoting specials, you’ll learn how to deliver excellent customer service in every interaction.

Whether you’re just starting out or already working in the industry, this nationally recognised qualification is a great way to gain valuable skills and progress in your career.

Entry Requirements & Progression

What You'll Need

You will need to have relevant employment, and entry is subject to interview and assessment.

GCSE English and maths grade 4/C or above (or Level 2 functional skills) are preferred.

This Could Lead to

On successful completion of this Apprenticeship, you’ll be in a strong position to take on more higher roles in the industry such as a supervisor or manager. Others continue into higher-level hospitality qualifications inlcuding level 3 and level 4 apprenticeships.
