You’ll develop your understanding of the hospitality industry, focusing on health and safety practices, customer service, and the importance of teamwork and professionalism in a commercial setting.

You will need 4 GCSEs at grades 2-9, or equivalent (including English and maths)
Once successfully completed, you may be able to progress onto Level 2 Professional Catering, alternatively into an apprenticeship.
