Develop your understanding of mental health with this nationally recognised Level 2 Award in Mental Health Awareness, delivered through flexible online learning. This course is ideal for anyone looking to increase their awareness of mental health, understand the factors that can affect wellbeing and develop skills that can support personal or professional development.

Mental health affects everyone, and increasing awareness can help promote understanding, reduce stigma and encourage positive conversations around wellbeing. This course will introduce you to key concepts around mental health, mental ill health and the support available for individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
