The Course in Detail

This programme provides an introduction to the essential knowledge and practical skills required to gain and maintain employment. It is designed to help learners build confidence, develop employability skills, and prepare for future work or further study. This course covers key topics such as applying for a job, preparing for interviews, communicating with others, managing change and resilience.

On completion of this programme, you will achieve the following qualifications:

  • Level 1 Award in Work Preparation
  • Level 1 Award in Managing Transitions
  • Entry 3 Award in The Importance of Resilience and Grit
