The Course in Detail
This Level 1 programme provides an introduction to employment in business administration and retail. It is ideal for learners who are new to work or returning to employment and want to build confidence and workplace skills. The course covers key topics such as customer service, the selling process, health and safety, and basic administrative support, helping learners understand customer needs and handle queries effectively while preparing for entry-level roles in retail or office environments.
On completion of this programme, you will achieve the following qualifications:
- Level 1 Award in Introduction to Employment in Business Administration
- Level 1 Award in Principles of Customer Service
- Level 1 Award in Introduction to Employment in Retail
You don’t need any existing qualifications to complete the programme.
