This Level 1 programme provides an introduction to employment in business administration and retail. It is ideal for learners who are new to work or returning to employment and want to build confidence and workplace skills. The course covers key topics such as customer service, the selling process, health and safety, and basic administrative support, helping learners understand customer needs and handle queries effectively while preparing for entry-level roles in retail or office environments.
