The Course in Detail

This workshop is for parents and children (aged 11 or above) to learn British Sign Language (BSL) beginners. 

We will cover: 

Learn a new skill with your child and raise your awareness of deafness.  This fun and engaging BSL workshop is an introduction to basics of BSL and how to communicate with people who are deaf or hard of hearing.

What you will learn:

• Fingerspelling and basic greetings
• Emotions and feelings
• Family/Pets
