The Course in Detail

This 45-minute combined Spin and Circuits class offers a high-energy workout that blends indoor cycling with full-body strength and conditioning exercises.

Expect a dynamic session that boosts cardiovascular fitness, builds muscle strength, and improves endurance—all designed to challenge and energise students. Great for all fitness levels!

Over the 10-week course, students will progressively build strength, endurance, and technique through a mix of bodyweight exercises, hand weights, barbell movements, and targeted abdominal work. Each session will focus on improving students form, increasing functional fitness, and enhancing core stability to support overall performance and injury prevention.

There are no formal entry requirements in respect of this course. This course is suitable for complete beginners.

This Could Lead to

Whilst there is no official progression, learners are welcome to try one of our other Adult Enrichment courses.

Upon completing the course, you’ll have a solid foundation in strength, endurance, and functional fitness, opening the door to more advanced training programs. This course also supports goals like improving athletic performance, weight management, or general health and wellness.
