Today we went to the natural national history museum of Arusha. We were met by a tour guide who showed us all around the museum. We learned about the human evolution and she took us through the different places where we saw a 200 year old tortoise called Tom. Sienna fed him a banana and he started following us all around. We also then held baby tortoises. We went through the garden and saw all the different plants they use to make their medicines. After that we went to lunch where we ate at a buffet and went to the shop next door and grabbed loads of snacks for the hotel room. After that we went to the Arusha national park where another tour guide spoke to us about the different way tourism is affected in the community. We then arrived back at the hotel where we had dinner and we danced and played music with the guys at the restaurant especially the macarena where all of us got up and started dancing and teaching everyone how to do it. We were also taught some of Swahili language so we could learn to communicate a little bit when we meet people in the city. Jo and Charlotte also bought us easter eggs to have as it is easter Sunday so we had mini eggs and creme eggs absolute legends.
