Do you have a love for baking? Are you passionate about creating beautiful cakes, pastries, and desserts? Do you dream of becoming a professional pastry chef or baker?
If so, our Level 2 Certificate in General Patisserie and Confectionery could be the perfect next step for you.
This course is designed to help you become a qualified and specialised chef. You’ll develop expertise in patisserie and confectionery, refine your culinary techniques, and gain the confidence and knowledge needed to succeed in a professional kitchen.
What you’ll learn
• Preparation of a range of hot and cold desserts
• Finishing techniques for working with chocolate
• Prepare, cook and finish cakes, sponges, biscuits and scones
This course can lead to work as a pastry chef or baker, in a variety of culinary environments.
You could also choose to continue your culinary training.
We have events at all our locations running throughout October and November.
