The Course in Detail

Turn AI potential into practical business opportunity.

Build the skills, confidence and strategic thinking needed to make AI work for your organisation through this modular approach to apprenticeships.

AI is transforming the way organisations work. But knowing where and how to use AI effectively requires more than understanding the technology. It requires confident leadership, strategic thinking and responsible decision-making. It is particularly valuable for organisations at the beginning of their AI journey who want to move from exploring AI to identifying practical, achievable opportunities.

Our AI Leadership – AI Strategy & Opportunity course helps leaders develop the knowledge and skills to identify where AI can create real value, assess opportunities and risks, and develop a practical AI strategy aligned with organisational goals.

One of three AI Leadership units: This course is part of a series of three AI Leadership units, designed to help leaders build their understanding of AI and apply it effectively within their organisation. The modular approach allows organisations to focus on the skills and knowledge most relevant to their needs.

You’ll develop the skills to:

  • Identify opportunities for AI to improve productivity, innovation and growth
  • Evaluate AI opportunities using evidence, business needs and risk assessment
  • Develop and communicate an AI strategy aligned with your organisation’s goals and values
  • Assess AI use cases and pilots for feasibility, impact and organisational readiness
  • Build stakeholder support for responsible AI adoption
Understand the opportunities, limitations, risks and ethical considerations of AI
  • Keep pace with emerging AI technologies and their potential impact on your organisation

Please note: This course is not a full apprenticeship. It is a standalone apprenticeship training course focused on developing relevant skills and knowledge.
