The Course in Detail

You will learn how to make delicious baked bread, using the basic techniques of bread making.

We will take you through all the steps of bread baking, what to look out for when you knead and prove your dough, and simple tips and tricks so that your bread baking will be a success.

The day will cover various mixing and kneading techniques of the dough, and shaping and baking of the loaves.

Breads on the day may include a white loaf and bread rolls, then more exciting ingredients to make Belgian Buns and Soda Bread.  A variety of flours will be used on the workshop.

A college certificate will be provided on request.
