The Course in Detail

This workshop will focus on making festive chocolate treats either for yourself or to give as gifts. 

This workshop is a basic introduction into the handling of chocolate including basic tempering.  You will gain skills in using chocolate to produce a variety of small decorative items.  Ingredients will be provided on the workshop to enable you to make:

– Belgian Chocolate Truffles
– Chocolate Marshmallow Snowmen
– White Chocolate and Vanilla Glitter Snowballs

You will be given the recipes at the end of the class for you to try at home.

There are no formal entry requirements. This course is suitable for anyone who would like to make chocolate festive treats and gifts.

This Could Lead to

Our Chocolate Gifts for Christmas Workshop will give you the initial knowledge and experience to start creating your own festive treats.  Alongside a welcoming, highly engaged group, you’ll learn how to create chocolate items and adapt recipes to suit individual preferences.
