Our People Professional Apprenticeship is ideal for HR Consultants, HR Business Partners, or HR Advisors and will empower you to offer HR expertise within your company or organisation. You’ll be able to use your HR expertise to lead the delivery of HR solutions to business challenges, together with providing tailored advice on a range of topics in a number of HR areas.
As an HR Consultant or Advisor, you’ll spend time understanding the business you work in to link your learning to business priorities and become a bridge between the company and people, helping all to reach their full potential.
Successful completion of this apprenticeship will enable you to become an Associate membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

You will develop your skills, knowledge and behaviours through on and off-the-job training and are expected to attend College for pre-arranged masterclasses.
You will need to have relevant employment, and entry is subject to interview and assessment.
GCSE English and maths grade 4/C or above (or Level 2 functional skills) are preferred AND your employer may require you to have a Level 3 Human Resources qualification.
After successful completion of this Level 5 apprenticeship, you may consider progression to the Level 7 Senior People Professional Degree Apprenticeship or to a relevant post-graduate degree programme.
Your progress will be continuously monitored and supported by a Professional Trainer.
Depending on the standard, we assess your competence through various methods, such as practical exams, assignments, interviews, project work, presentations or observations and we will also evaluate your portfolio of evidence, which documents your learning and progress throughout your apprenticeship with us.
The apprenticeship end-point assessment is the final evaluation stage of your apprenticeship programme. It's designed to determine whether you have achieved the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to meet the apprenticeship standard and perform the job role independently.
Successful completion of the end-point assessment is required to receive certification.
