The Course in Detail

Animal Ginger Biscuits

Interested in baking and currently in year 10 or 11 at school?

If so, this is the perfect FREE half-day workshop during February half term for all the budding bakers and decorators out there!

You will be guided through the process of making ginger biscuits and finishing them off with different animal faces using sugar paste. All equipment and ingredients will be provided and you will be able to take them home with you.

The best one will win a prize!

Allergen information: this course uses wheat, dairy and egg. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to tailor recipes for substitutions or alterations, as these can fundamentally change the composition and outcome of the recipes.

Good news… this course is sponsored by Hampshire Fare so has no cost to applicants. Limited places available!

What you will learn:

How to make and bake ginger biscuits, how to handle sugar paste, using different modelling tools, rolling and cutting out the paste and lots more!

Additional information

An apron will be provided for you. A recipe sheet will be provided so you can make the delicious biscuits at home.

Please bring a container/bag to take your goodies home!
