During your time on the course, you will work with visiting industry experts which could lead you to the Exclusive Hotels Academy and other prestigious hospitality management programmes. You will need to demonstrate the highest professional standards in appearance, behaviour and attitude and ensure that your team can deliver the same high standards.

  • Legislation
  • Gueridon/flambe work
