The transition year is a one year preparation course to prepare you to study one of the government’s new T Level courses. The course involves five components delivered over the academic year and is designed to prepare and develop you for one of the T Level courses in Health & Science.
There will be a guidance and assessment period where you will be provided with some clear career guidance and complete assessments to ensure a T Level programme in Health and Science is the best option for you for the future.
You will have the opportunity to complete a Level 2 qualification in English and develop your digital and Maths skills throughout the course.
This course provides you with the foundation to progress onto the T Level programmes in Health and Science.
